Hey Lookie!

Last year, I had the honor of participating in my lovely friend Meg’s burlesque documentary. Presented below is the finished film, Tease In The Tar Heel State, and it’s fab! Good job, Meg!
Enjoy!

Dr. Sketchy’s – Asheville and ABSfest!

I’m excited to announce the Americana, Burlesque, and Sideshow Festival as Dr. Sketchy’s – Asheville’s featured sponsor for May. Be sure to check out the ABSfest website for information about this fabulous festival and this year’s performers.

As a bit of a pre-party, kick off type thing, we’ll be holding a special session May 24th featuring Baltimore’s Sicilian Princess, Maria Bella – founder of Gilded Lily Burlesque. She is a producer, trumpet player and burlesque performer whose acts are a mix of classic, cabaret and neo-burlesque. She uses cultural imagery, exotic flair, fantasy and world dance technique to bring clever concepts to the stage.
This beautiful babe is not to be missed, art monkeys!

And not that you really need anything else to get you pumped about ABSfest, but here’s a silly little promotional clip featuring the lovely Madame Onca, Paolo Garbanzo, and your sovereign shot by Gary Charles/G Social Media. Giggly good times in the land of Naughty!

Theatre de Fetiche

After much thought regarding the matter, I’ve decided to retire Theatre de Fetiche. I’ve had an amazing four years working with two wonderful ladies, but with the departure of the Duchess weighing heavy on my heart I just feel it’s time to close this chapter and move on rather than try and replace her. Both Ophelia and Vixen were fantastic partners. I learned a lot from my time with them and am grateful for all they offered TdF.

Thanks for the memories, girlies… :)

It’s Official!

I’m now the proud new headmistress of Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School’s Asheville branch! I’m very excited to be bringing Dr. Sketchy’s back to Asheville and hope to make it a great success.

Many thanks to all the wonderful sponsors (Arts 2 People, Liquid Dragon Tattoo) contributing to this venture and especially to my co-producer, Kitty Love, for helping me make it happen. I appreciate all the support.

Now, let’s get started! Our first session will be Thursday, March 1st at Eleven on Grove and will feature internationally published alternative model and burlesque vixen, Porcelain! This brunette bombshell has been featured in several publications including books by famed pinup photographer Viva Van Story and magazines such as Bella Morte and Auxiliary. She can also be seen bringing her sultry brand of burlesque to various variety shows throughout the southeast. Don’t miss your chance to get up close and intimate with this sexy superstar of the alternative modeling scene!

I’ve got some great prizes lined up for the contests! You don’t want to miss it!
